Warranty Coverage:

  • One (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts, as determined by us.
  • Restock fee($80) and shipping($40) for repair and return.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects due to misuse, mishandling, or improper operation.
  • Use of non-compatible paper bowls or unauthorized accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Damage from poor water quality, such as foreign matter, excessive minerals, or impurities.
  • Damage from external factors like power surges, accidents, or natural disasters.
